September 10 - Wednesday
Seminar “Get Informed: Promote Emotional Wellness” presented by South County Mental Health Coalition, Boca Raton’s Promise, and Palm Beach Community College. To be held at Palm Beach Community College, Humanities and Technology Building, 300 St. Lucie Blvd., from 9:00- 4:30. Open to the public. Free admission. September 21 – Sunday
Substance abuse disorders take a toll on families and entire communities. The Palm Beach County Substance Abuse Coalition will host “Harvesting the Voices of Recovery: An Autumn Family Festival at the County Fairgrounds from 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Bring the family to this alcohol-free, recovery festival with live music, children’s activities, food and exhibitors. This event intends to raise awareness, educate, and lead to change in Palm Beach Communities.

NEW - Earn service hours – help your peers ! Boca’s Promise announces the creation of a new Youth Advisory to assist in planning for youth “programs and places” in unincorporated Boca Raton.
